Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours via US Postal, UPS or Fedex Ground (unless specified otherwise). We will provide you with a tracking number from the carrier once we've received it, but you can log into your account at any time to view the progress.

Returns & Replacements

You may return all unused items purchased within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 15 percent. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
